How do I order?

Please note: retail prices are displayed throughout this website.

In order to benefit from the full function of our shopping process, you must first log-in by entering your Username and Password in the customer login box on the left side of the screen. By registering, you will be able to save Shopping Lists and Repeat Previous Orders on future visits to our site. Credit Account Customers must register prior to commencing with a quotation request.

If you have not previously registered as a website user, click on the 'Register' button in the customer login box. Alternatively, register here.

If you choose not to register, please proceed as a Cash Customer.

Credit Account Customers: please ensure you have registered as a website user. You will not be able to proceed with your on-line quotation enquiry unless you have first logged in to the site.

After you have selected your products, click on the ‘Basket’ button on the top menu to review your items. Prices will not be displayed. On completion, confirm your quotation enquiry by selecting the ‘Caswells Checkout’ button. This will submit your enquiry to our team of Customer Service Representatives who will provide you with an official Quotation by return. If you wish then to proceed with your order, please provide us with an official Purchase Order.

Credit Account Customers are strictly by prior arrangement. If you would like to apply for a Credit Account, please contact us at accounts@caswellgroup.com.

Non Credit Account Customers: following registration / log-in please proceed with your order selection. You are required to hold a valid credit or debit card and a Google Checkout Account.

This will take you to the registration page where you will be asked to complete a short form.

Credit Account Customers are required to enter their Credit Account Number as directed. If you are unsure of your Credit Account Number, please enter “Unavailable” in this field.

You will be requested to enter a Password. This will become your password for future visits to this site.

If you do not log-in to the website you will be unable to issue a quotation request.

How do I find products?

To navigate through the site you can use the ‘Product Section Menu’ at the top left of the screen or browse via the Search facility positioned at the top right of the screen.

To navigate through the menu, click on a category to open up the sub section in the middle pane. From here you can further expand your selection by selecting your areas of interest from the list generated, to narrow the products down. At the third level, a thumb nailed image of the products will appear.

You can filter the products, where applicable, via the filter boxes, and click on the ‘View Detail’ link to display the full product details, image, and ordering information.
To return back through your search simply click on the site path you have made at the top of the page.

To find products via the search option, type either a keyword or a known CaswellsGroup product code and click ‘Go’ to continue. From here you can filter any results via the filter boxes, where applicable, or click on the view details link to see the product.

How do I sign in?

Once you have registered to use the website, you can sign in at any time to order by inputting your username, (the email address you signed up with) and your chosen password into the ‘Customer Login’ box on the left side of the screen. Then press the ‘Log-In’ button to sign in.

Once you have correctly signed in, this box will refresh accordingly to display your name/company name and allow you to edit your website user account or place an order.

How do I edit my account?

If you are required to change your website user account details, you must first log in to the site. Click the ‘Account Details’ link which will have appeared in the login box to progress to your personal website account page.

From here you can update your website account and change your title, company name, first name, surname, email address, contact numbers, address, email club preferences and password.

Once you have completed your changes, click ‘Update’ to save.

My Email address/password has not been recognised

If you have previously registered as a website user and are experiencing difficulties with your log-in, please check that you have typed your email address and password correctly. Please note that passwords are case sensitive.

If you have forgotten your password, click lost password and you will be directed to the password recovery screen. This will prompt you to input and submit your username in order to receive your password by email.

How do I manage my basket?

To add items to your basket, first navigate to a product. Add the quantity of the item that you require in the Quantity field and then click ‘Add to Basket’. As products are added to your basket, the Shopping Basket preview at the top right of your page will automatically update.

To view your basket, click on the ‘Basket’ button on the top menu to review your items. To alter the required quantity of an item, change the quantity and click the ‘Update’ icon or to delete an item click the 'Remove' icon. Both icons are located to the right of each product listing.

Please note that retail prices are displayed throughout this website. If you are a Credit Account Customer, prices will not be displayed in your shopping basket.

When you are happy with your selection, click the checkout button located beneath your cart detail.

How do I use the quick cart?

If you know the product code of the item you require, you can use the quick cart to populate your basket. Simply type in the code and the quantity in the quick cart box on the right of the page and then press ‘add’ to populate your Shopping Basket.

When you enter a code, a brief description will appear in the box below so that you can check the item is correct. Once an item is added you can then repeat this process for any further items.

I have received damaged/incorrect items

If there is a problem with your order you will need to obtain a copy of our Returns Form.
