In order to benefit from the full function of our shopping process, you must first log-in by entering your Username and Password in the customer login box on the left side of the screen. By registering, you will be able to save Shopping Lists and Repeat Previous Orders on future visits to our site. Credit Account Customers must register prior to commencing with a quotation request.

If you have not previously registered as a website user, click on the 'Register' button in the customer login box. Alternatively,registerhere.

If you choose not to register, please proceed as a Cash Customer.

Credit Account Customers: please ensure you have registered as a website user. You will not be able to proceed with your on-line quotation enquiry unless you have first logged in to the site.

After you have selected your products, click on the ‘Basket’ button on the top menu to review your items. Prices will not be displayed. On completion, confirm your quotation enquiry by selecting the ‘Caswells Checkout’ button. This will submit your enquiry to our team of Customer Service Representatives who will provide you with an official Quotation by return. If you wish then to proceed with your order, please provide us with an official Purchase Order.

Credit Account Customers are strictly by prior arrangement. If you would like to apply for a Credit Account, please contact us at accounts@caswellsgroup.com.

You are required to hold a valid credit or debit card and a Google Checkout Account.

For orders over £75 + VAT, delivery is Carriage Paid (to most UK mainland addresses).

Due to the weight and or size of certain items, we reserve the right to make additional carriage charges regardless of the order value. When particularly heavy or cumbersome items are ordered, a message will appear on screen asking you to contact our Sales Office for a carriage quotation. Examples could include barrels of oil and steps and ladders.

For orders under £75 + VAT a carriage charge of £10 +VAT will apply. If the order contains items that are particularly heavy or cumbersome, then additional carriage charges may also apply (as above).
