The abrasive discs are glued to threaded nylon shafts allowing them to be rapidly fitted to holder.

R-System: where abrasive discs are male threaded.

Due to their wide adhesive surfaces, they provide higher mechanical strength.

The R-System is compatible with the back-up pads of similar competitive products.

High performance Zirconium discs (with additive).

The use of a layer of additive ensures highly efficient removal and reduced clogging without excessively increasing work surface temperature.

Recommended applications: Applications requiring heavy removal and high working speed such as removing small sized burrs and welding spots.

Work surfaces: Stainless steel, aluminium.
