- Swaging equipment with a capacity up to 8”/230mm bore, including swept elbows
- Hydrostatic pressure testing up to 23,000PSI
- Hydrostatic testing of up to 80 hose assemblies at once
- A custom built ‘safe’ test room and monitoring station
- In house calibration machine
- Dead weight tester

- Full traceability, hose assembly software system
- Printed or PDF test certificates
- On-site inspections, surveys and audits
- 2 portable on-site test rigs, 1 with an on-site printer
- Extensive stock of hoses and fittings
